An experienced provider is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our regular office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Our scheduling coordinators will do their best to re-schedule you promptly.
We will bill your insurance as long as we have your child's valid insurance card. If you have a secondary insurance please be sure to provide that at time of service. We do not always know what your insurance will cover until we receive the EOB after billing for services. Insurance companies have many different plans within their entity, please check your plan benefits in regards to your deductible and co-insurance out of pocket responsibility. You may have a co-payment but labs and/or x-rays may fall into a different coverage area. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Our contract with the insurance company requires us to collect your co-payment at the time of service, we do not bill for co-payments. We accept cash, checks or credit cards. We also have the option to pay online through the patient portal. We offer flexible payment plans in certain circumstances. Our billing coordinator can set these up for you if needed.
