Pediatric Specialists of Tulsa welcomes new patients. Choosing the right pediatrician for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make. By selecting Pediatric Specialists of Tulsa, you can feel confident and comfortable that you have made the right decision. To understand what to expect for your child’s first visit to our practice, please read through this page.
Prior To Your First Visit
You will receive a confirmation text message three days prior to your child's scheduled appointment. If you scheduled an appointment for the same day you will receive that text shortly after scheduling. Please click on the link provided and verify the information, upload your insurance card and photo ID. You also have the ability to pay your balance or copayment through this link, save a credit card and inquire about payment arrangements. Certain appointments will have associated surveys, or forms, that need to be completed or acknowledged as well. Please complete this process prior to your appointment. In the event you are unable to gain access to the link for your first visit, new patient forms are available for you to print, complete and bring with you. Please arrive 15 min early and have your child's insurance card, your photo ID and your child's immunization record with you. If we do not have a copy of your insurance card we may have to re-schedule your appointment.
